Damaged or Lost Items
If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we are here to make it right. Please take clear photos of the damage and contact our support team at info@decoriax.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your home decor. To accommodate our diverse catalog, our return windows are organized transparently by product collection. All eligible returns must be sent back in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

- Home Textiles, Rugs, & Decor Accessories: Eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Furniture, Sideboards, & Lighting Fixtures: Eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Holiday & Seasonal Items: All seasonal items (including Christmas linens) are final sale and not eligible for standard returns.
How to Initiate a Return
- Send an email to info@decoriax.com with your order number and the name of the item you wish to return.
- Our team will verify your purchase and email you the exact return shipping address instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to the provided address using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For defective items or order packing errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected by the warehouse, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. If you would prefer an exchange for a different style or size, please specify this when you first email our team.
